It occurred to me that we are far too literate - always Googling or Wiki~ing for the answers to life's problems.
I have a nice allotment - I grow bush fruits, plums, apples, rhubarb and strawberries.
I usually look up the best of doing something in a book or on the net.

However my good friend George has only packed soap into boxes all his working life and although he it illiterate ~ you should see his garden!
He cannot waste time reading the correct way to plant lettuce ~ he just does it ~ or asks his pals. His memory has developed so that he can remember the result of something he tried the year before.
He is a weath of experience and he still cannot read or write much.
My Great Grandfather's family all made files by hand on the kitchen table ~ none of them could read or write but here I am so their life must have been successful in the same way as George's wonderful garden.
FreeMasons have a saying ~ Just Do IT.
Churchill had a sign on his desk - Do it Now
When we are trying to light a fire with a bow drill remember the Masons Churchil and George and Throw that book away ~ When the World we enjoy today evaporates George,Churchill and the Masons will be the only way
